Park Systems is a leading in AFM (Atomic Force Microscopy) and was excited to announce the launch of the Park SmartLitho recently, which is a newly added mode to their operating system Park SmartScan™.

Park SmartLitho is the next generation nanopatterning technology, specifically designed for nanodevices. This offers potential for customized nanosensor surface modification. The nanolithography processes are controlled by the Park SmartLitho software by using a user interface, which is easy to use and makes the lithography process seamless and simple. It allows for objects to be drawn, moved and resized using the mouse, while allowing bitmap images to be imported for rasterizing and vector nanolithography.

This newly added mode performs nanolithography by applying excessive force or voltage.bias. The Park SmartLitho software provides a choice of modes, supporting raster and vector modes with an easy to use and reliable interface, when using the Park System SmartScan operating system. An important feature of the Park SmartLitho is that it supports nanomanipulation applications, offering an easy to use UI environment with simple setting of parameters for targeted object manipulation, offering a complete solution when it comes to device engineering applications.

Park SmartLitho is user-friendly, enabling inexperienced and untrained users the ability to do lithography or nanomanipulation with accuracy, proficiency and speed. Park SmartLitho operates in a closed-loop system, producing vector nanolithography, which is essential to circuit designs and structures.
