Industry experts to discuss Nationalization success stories and challenges across Middle East region this November
 
Fleming Gulf, organizers of market-leading summits across the GCC, announced the launch of it's 6th Annual Managing Local Talent that will take place between 10 -12 November, 2014 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Doha, Qatar. As one of the principal platforms for open dialogue and discussions on nationalization initiatives and policies in the region, HR professionals from across multiple sectors will congregate at the annual event to witness highly charged presentations and case studies that will aid organizations align with national directives. Under the theme - Nationalisation 2.0 - Inspire, Connect, Develop and Contribute to the growth of nation, the summit will focus on vital, and up-to-date topics such as encouraging local talent to take a fresh look at private sector opportunities, drawing a balance between global and local talent management and preparing young nationals into technical positions.

Kanupriya Singh, Vertical Head - HR and producer of the summit said “Across the Middle East, every government is aggressively taking initiatives towards nationalization of workforce in both public and private sectors. All countries in the Middle East region have developed policies wherein nationalization strategies differ from one country to another but associated with a common range of considerations, such as globalization, competitiveness, economic growth, and social reform. Over two days, the summit will see numerous presentations, case-studies and panel discussions alongside an impressive lineup of speakers who will reveal the latest strategies and award-winning programs from the banking, oil & gas, hospitality, medical and telecom sectors. The 2013 edition hosted over 80 delegates and 18 speakers from the Middle East region who rated the event highly and valuable to their organizational requirements and goals.
