iinsight® has decided to share some of the functionality walkthroughs of the new appointment feature for better usability and quick operations.

iinsight® has decided to share some of the functionality walkthroughs of the new appointment feature for better usability and quick operations. The latest appointment features will be available with the following steps:
• After logging in, the user has to select the "Appointments" option from the side navigation. There is a new menu called Manage Offices, which is accessed via Admin/Manage Offices.
• Inside the Admin Menu with authorisation access, a user can manage offices, and make resources at the available office locations. The resource groups can be allocated to the resources included at every office location (like the Equipment Rooms, Vehicles and so on). Also, these resources can be reserved against an appointment or without an appointment.
• When a user navigates to the “Appointment View”, this section will be displaying a complete list of appointment columns (by the Consultant), which will be subjected to the access permissions assigned to the logged-in user. There are Year/Month/Day view options, with the facility to filter by team, employee, date range, appointment category (user-controlled list) and appointment status (user-controlled list). The user will automatically view the “Appointment Tab” when they click into the “New Appointment Feature” (Menu).
• To create a new appointment, the user can select the + new Appointment button in the Appointments feature/menu, within the +new Appointment Window, there is the ability to: Allow Overlap (means other bookings can be made at the same time for the same consultant/s.). Inside the +New Appointment Window, there is the option to "allow Overlap (implies that different appointments can be made simultaneously for the same consultant/s).
