Society looks fondly on people who reach out their hand and help people in need. Those who help often report that they find it extremely rewarding. There are large and small ways to help others, but no matter the size, help is always appreciated. Gary Johnson, Portsmouth NH, decided years ago that he would give back to his community. His success as a business owner made it possible for him to support several charities at once.
Caring and helping the community is fundamental to Gary Johnson. He always wanted to lend a personal hand. Now, Gary Johnson volunteers and attends fundraisers for three different local and worthy charities.
The first charity Gary Johnson Newington NH supports is Big Brothers. The program is directed towards children and helping them makes wise decisions in their own lives. The mentor program buddies a child with an adult who acts as a positive role model. The adult encourages the child to do well in school and avoid risky behaviors. He devotes much of his time and energy to this program in hopes that he can make a positive difference in children’s lives.
Gary Johnson Portsmouth NH also supports the New Hampshire SPCA organization. He attends SPCA fundraisers and events in addition to donating money regularly. He supports the SPCA because it cares for animals and seeks to find a loving home for all animals. The organization is not funded by the state or federal government and relies on donations to keep programs running. Gary Johnson encourages others to contribute what they can, big or small.
The third organization Gary Johnson supports through donations and attendance is Jayden’s Ladder. He considers it a worthy organization because he helps victims of domestic violence. Gary Johnson supports the programs and feels fortunate to be able to contribute to it.
