A little over 20 years ago, Gary Johnson, Portsmouth NH, started his company. His business thrived through hard work and has been what he considers “a fortunately successful commercial rental and development business”. Gary Johnson has had to put in a lot of time and effort to keep everything flowing smoothly. His company, Fox Point Realty, owns commercial and residential property and does residential development and commercial property management in the seacoast area and has rental properties in NH and MA.
Gary Johnson is happy with his productive career. He found an industry he liked, started his own business, and has done well for over close to two decades. He has much to be thankful for and out of gratefulness; Gary Johnson decided to share his success with others.
Gary Johnson helps others in both a professional and personal sense. He has volunteered to mentor small business owners and start-up businesses. He also puts his management skills to work by managing, on a volunteer basis, Condominium Associations in the greater Portsmouth, NH area. Through the Associations, Gary Johnson continues to work with contractors, work on budgets, and attend meetings relevant to his role on the Board of Directors. Gary Johnson’s twenty years of experience have helped prepare him for many things, even assisting others with their needs.
Another area that Gary Johnson gives back is attending SPCA fundraisers and events, in addition he makes regular contributions, because he feels it is a worthy cause. He supports the SPCA because it cares for animals and seeks to find a loving home for all animals. The organization is not funded by the state or federal government and relies on donations to keep programs running. Gary Johnson encourages others to contribute what they can, big or small.
