With growth projection of 126 million passengers by 2020 and the title of one of the worlds' busiest airports; Dubai will once again make its presence felt at a global scale this November with the Dubai Air Show 2015; the largest aviation exhibition and technology showcase in the region. Co-located the with Air Show will be Fleming Gulf's Airport Safety and Security Conference, a 2 day summit dedicated to reinforcing security infrastructure in the aviation sector for the coming years. 
To be held between 8th and 9th November, 2015, the Airport Safety and Security Conference will cover thought-provoking debates and address the most relevant topics in the industry such as 'Airport and Aircraft Communication Security','Airport Screening Technologies and Airport Security','Cargo Security: A Threat to the Region and Air Carriers', and many more presentations that will be discussed by leading industry specialists of regional and global repute. 
The conference will feature special guest speakers, Laila Al Muhairi, Executive Director Strategy and International Affairs of the General Civil Aviation Authority and Mohammad Al Dossari, Director Air Navigation & Aerodromes Department, UAE General Civil Aviation, along with representatives from Dubai Police and IATA who will be exhibiting world-class technologies and the best use of attainable resources in order to assist the constant development of security standards in the MENA airports. The 2 day summit will also include multiple interactive panel discussions, engaging workshops and numerous networking sessions with an aim to address various threats & incidents and reinforce the importance of Cyber security in the aviation and airports sector.
