In the last month of waiting for Knights of the Fallen Empire, some swtor players can just expecting for new information while buying swtor credits.. New chapters of story won’t be available for non-subscribers

Then, starting in January 2016, BioWare is planning to release one new chapter each month. It also raises the question about what happens when they release new Flashpoints and Operations that feature bits of the story. We all know that there is no new flashpoint in the first nine chapters of kotfe, but if there are some that tied into upcoming chapters, will players have to subscribe to get them?



It is difficult to judge if new contents are worth subscribing



Considering that non-subscribers cannot access to new chapters, some players may hesitate to pay $15USD for subscription. However, is the cost a suitable price for that new content? Due to the lack of entirely-new group activities, some people have remarked the new expansion as a single-player game like Mass Effect. That's not an unfair assessment, especially if you consider each chapter of the new story to be like a DLC, but aside from the big launch drop of the initial nine chapters, it is one chapter a month.
People don't yet know how big or involved each chapter is, and thus cannot ensure if the cost worth it. Fortunately, before SWTOR KOTFE Livestream Demo comes on Sept 30, you can get more of a taste of chapter details this weekend at TwitchCon as BioWare has enlisted nine streamers to help showcase the first chapter. The streams will run from 10am to 6pm PDT on both Friday and Saturday and will be featured on the SWTOR Twitch channel. Stay tuned if it is important that makes difference on your decision.
