The Airwheel family is becoming stronger and stronger as more and more innovative and creative electric self-balancing scooters have been invented to keep abreast with the times. The last new products release conference in 2015 has displayed four innovative products, containing S6 sitting posture self-balancing scooter, Z3 self-balancing 2 wheels scooter, M3 electric air board and F3 orbit electric unicycle. And all of them can be named as the first kind in each of the series. Breakthrough is the result of innovation, taking Airwheel S6 mini electric scooter as an example this time.

Up to now, there are two kinds of sitting posture electric scooters, A3 and S6. From the internality, controlled by user’s body inclination, A3 features a quick reaction time of 0.03s, fine-tuned for instantaneous and intuitive control. S6 saddle-equipped electric scooter is characterized by two sensing systems. The latest maglev technology applied in motor enables a non-bearing and non-radial load design so that a wearing part is omitted. In other words, the motor is more durable. S6’s motor is made of well-known brand N45 magnetic steel and 270 silicon steel sheet material, which makes the operating power is increased by 50% and is quiet with lower energy consumption.

From the externality, we can see that they are totally different. As two wheel self-balancing electric scooters, S6 is much smaller than A3, as the tire size of A3 is two times as larger as S6. The mini structure is worthy mentioned, because it brings many strong points. For one thing, low under-pan and mini appearance reduce wind resistance to make the riding smooth. For another, the small modelling design let the riding much safer and the feet can be regarded as an emergency brake. The light weight and mini structure enables even a small girl to manipulate it.
