Oh no! Sorry… in the contract it says that if they receive any packages Garcinia Supreme HCA with return to sender on it they are not liable for any cost! I looked through and through the T’s & C’s and they only thing I can find is that they have not mentioned the green coffee in it which they have charged me for, only the ketone! I’m hoping to get the to rags on a technicality! I am so angry with myself was going to sign up but didn’t realised I had gone as far as to order have received no products but they have taken two lots of payments when I call the numbers on my card statement it always ends up the same way ” sorry we can’t hear you are you still there etc etc…..”any advice greatly received I also got scammed. I feel helpless. No one can afford £and to be taken without consent! I have looked over the T’s and C’s and am hopeful that I can get at least the £back. The ketone product is mentioned throughout the document but nowhere is the green coffee. Could I get them on a technicality that the green coffee is not mentioned therefore not part of the contract?
