Tips for Easier and Smoother Removal Process

Moving to a new location? The removal process can be as hard or as easy as YOU want it to be!

Being a part of it, Sydney based Advanced Removalist (AR) knows the removalist trade inside-out. Broadly, there are two types of removalist service providers – the local removalists and the interstate removalists. Within the interstate removalists there are those with a network that does not extent beyond the neighbouring states and then there are the real interstate removal service providers who cover entire Australia and more.

Go to the right removalists and half your happiness is assured. The problem starts with identifying who would be the right removalist for your move. The average layman thinks all removalist provide removal service so they are all the same and technically, they would be right.

No removalist will turn down a client. You go to a local removal service provider for an interstate move and instead of directing you to the right removalist; he will take your custom and sub-contract it to the right removalist. Problem in this case is, the people providing the service are not the same as those you spoke with. Lord only help if something goes wrong. Now you see the point we are making?

Take the time to make sure you are talking to the right people – not just by asking them but by looking at their office and place of operations. A local removalist will have mostly vans and mini trucks and will be a small-ish setup. A 'local' Interstate Furniture Removal will have a larger setup and a mix of vehicles but not too many of really large vehicles. A true interstate operator will have a big setup and a massive fleet of vehicles.

If you only need to move across the street or a few blocks down the road, use the local removalist – they will be much cheaper than hiring interstate. The latter will take your custom but remember that his overheads are much higher than the local removalist so you end up paying more. You may also be perplexed on why they've sent such a big vehicle for a small studio apartment.

When presented with a form containing a bunch of check boxes, most lay people haven't the foggiest idea what those options really mean. Don't hurry through it, take your time. In an effort to keeps costs under check, a lot of folks will not check any of those boxes. Wrong technique! There are a lot of things which are really vital during a move. For example, we have yet to come across a single move that did not require bubble wrapping. If you think your dining table won't require any sort of wrapping for moving such a small distance, you couldn't be further from the truth. Every move has the potential to add scratches on your precious cargo. Once the scratches are added, it will cost you more to get rid of them then it would cost to buy adequate quantities of bubble wrap.

If you don't have the time and don't wish to be bothered with the nitty-gritty details, hire an agent who will look after your interests and get you the best deal with the right Interstate Furniture Movers. Moreover, they make sure there will be no incidents of any kind. Go to Advanced Removalist (AR) – they are the best in this sort of thing.
