Professional manufacturers generally have special iron clamps, which clamp large pieces of organic material firmly, and then flatten them with an electric planer. For small-area boards, flattening with bench vices is also effective.

  3. Grinding and polishing: The function of polishing is to restore the broken organic plate to its luster. The planed board is further ground with water sandpaper and then polished with a polishing machine. During the polishing process, rub some polishing soap (green soap, white soap) on the cloth wheel from time to time to speed up the polishing speed. Various scratches are often present on transparent organic boards, and polishing is also required before printing or bonding. With the advent of the engraving machine, the cross section of the organic board was also brightened with a flame processor, but the effect was not ideal. For high quality plates, it is best to use a laser cutting machine.

  4. Bending: Processing various display stands with organic boards often requires bending the boards to various angles. According to the length of the bending line, a number of heaters of different lengths can be made by themselves. The heater is made of flat aluminum alloy profiles. Method: Firstly, open a 3 ~ 5mm slot line on the aluminum profile to allow the heat of the heating pipe to escape from it. Both sides of the slot line are attached with hard boards to play the role of heat insulation and non-stick. Then, the quartz heating tube is fixed in the aluminum tube with an iron clip, and it can be used after connecting the power cord. Where the organic board is bent, use a hook knife to draw a shallow line. In this way, the corners can be rounded and have accurate dimensions. During the heating process, one side of the heating line of the organic board must be pressed with square wood to make the heating line evenly heated, and the folded corners will be straight, without the occurrence of meat piles or local cracking. For different bending angles, wooden molds with different angles need to be configured.

  5. Slot drilling: Slots and holes are often required on sign boards or display racks. Vertical milling machines for grooving are equipped with a variety of tools; a set of combined hole openers must be purchased for hole opening. The hole drilling task can be completed on the bench drill, and ordinary holes can be used for holes below 13mm.

  6. Adhesive: The more commonly used adhesive is chloroform solution. The solution is sucked into the needle tube with an injection needle tube, and the bonding effect is very good. For large area bonding, crystal glue can be used. The bonding place has high transparency, and the vehicle is still good. Strong adhesives such as 502 and 110 are also easy to bond, but the price is slightly more expensive. In the advertising system operation, there are many companies that both focus on screen printing and engraving and cutting of plexiglass plates.
