Max cape should be buffed to be worth of coin paying

In the schedule of content poll 35, Jagex is planning to bring the max cape, which would be available to players with level 99 in all skills (2277 total level). The max cape would provide the same stats as a trimmed skill cape and cost 2,277,000 coins.
When this plan came out, many players popped up on forum to ask Jagex to buff the max cape and make it worth of coin and time spending. Otherwise, it seems to be pointless by contrast with 07 fire cape, which can show one’s achievements and can be obtained in less than 1 hour, while the max cape takes 2.2k+ hours to achieve, but would just stay in bank without any function.

A balance should be made for Zulrah items converting

In previous post on RSorder, we have introduced Jagex’ planning on converting unique drops of Zulrah into scales. Originally, using a chisel on the following items can help you to convert them to Zurlah scales: Serpentine visage/serpentine helm (10,000 scales), Magic fang (10,000 scales), and Tanzanite fang/toxic blowpipe (50,000 scales).
However, there are different opinions on whether the converting should be completed based on the relative GE prices. As we showed before, basing it on prices would lead to over buying on Zulrah scales. To solve this problem, some players suggest providing an alternative way to get more scales in game, such as from hunting skill, but not just directly from Zulrah, or provide a nerf to other parts of the drop table like magic logs, runite ore, etc since the proposed conversion rates would buff the boss loot even more.

Barrow loot interface & other features make progress easier

There are three features that Jagex is planning to bring for barrows. Firstly, providing a loot interface similar to that of clue scroll rewards to show loots from Barrows, so that players needn’t go to inventory but know directly what exactly came out of the chest. Secondly, adding loot broadcast, which tells players near the chest when someone receives pieces of Barrows equipment and elite clue scrolls from the chest. Finally, giving brother progress to show you which brother you have killed so that you can decide the remainder of your path based on the information.
These useful quality of life updates are accepted by most of players, with a small part of players that vote against loot broadcast. Anyway, it is a good beginning that makes the progress in Barrow easier.

Chance of getting Fishing Trawler Outfit should be larger

An outfit is supposed to added to Fishing Trawler with little xp boost. It consists of Trawler hat that grants 0.4% xp; Trawler top with 0.8% xp boost, Trawler legs with 0.6%, and Trawler boots with 0.2%. Besides, wearing the full set will grant you an extra 0.5% bonus, meaning that total 2.5 xp is provided by the full set. However, there is slim chance to gain the outfit. In this case, players suggest increasing the chance a bit to make it attractive, or add some consumable rewards, otherwise, players will play for new outfit but never return, similar to Rogues Den.
