Bellevue, WA (December 30, 2019) – The National Association of Nutrition Professionals (NANP), is focused on the concept of holistic nutrition, and their board-certified nutritionists emphasize health by viewing each person as a unique individual. Jen was eager to earn this credential in an effort to further her understanding of holistic health, and the impact that food, attitude, exercise, sleep and stress play in overall wellbeing and brain health.

In studying to be Board Certified by NANP, she learned to help people to identify biochemical imbalances in their bodies and toxicities that lower energy and impact their quality of life. As someone who believes in evidence-based principals, her clients are advised based on holistic and science-driven information.
