An innovative collaborative polyclinic has launched its services in March 2023 under the banner of The West London Clinic, spearheading the first consultant owned, multidisciplinary, polyclinic in the UK. The founder based the idea on his participation in a BBC TV Series, Diagnosis Detectives and the successful outcome of finding solutions for long-suffering patients. The collaborative idea affords handpicked specialists the opportunity to offer a comprehensive range of expertise and services to patients in clinics across West London, with easy referrals and innovative solutions to health issues.

The West London Clinic is proud to have Dr Eloise Elphinstone as part of the team. This General Practitioner, (MBChB, MRCGP, DFRSH, DRCOG) has professional memberships with RCGP, FRSH and BMS. She obtained the Institution primary medical qualification from Bristol University with GMC Registration No. 7016806 and spent a year gaining a qualification in obstetrics and gynaecology in Perth, Western Australia, before relocating to London.
As a NHS hospital base Dr Elphinstone has been practicing as a GP at Cross Deep Surgery for a decade and works as an associate specialist the menopause clinic at the West Middlesex Hospital, specialising in women’s health, with sub-specialties in postnatal menopause.
Invested and with a keen interest in improving postnatal care, Dr Elphinstone has published two leaflets, ‘Your guide to postnatal health and wellbeing’ and ‘Your guide to the health and wellbeing of your new baby for the Family Planning Association, with a third in the making on ‘Sex and relationships postnatally’. She successfully applies her knowledge and interest in lifestyle medicine in her practice.
The West London Clinic offers professional service and patients are assessed in a personable and empathetic manner, and after thorough examinations, test will be arranged to ensure an appropriate diagnoses.
Although recognised by all major health insurers, self-funding patients are also treated. All costs are discussed before proceeding with treatments and procedures, to afford patients the opportunity to make the necessary arrangements.
