I'm on a 3 month countdown till my wedding day and was counseled this product by a devotee. In the first week I lost 5lb and that i'm therefore happy! I bought the vanilla flavour and it's attractive, terribly sweet and tastes nice even with just water. The smoothies are to die for! I find the capsules too giant to swallow and have typically gagged when taking them. I don't personally feel any advantages of the pills so when I run out I can just be restocking on the powder. I have been having a shake for breakfast and lunch and then having a healthy evening meal and that i don't feel the necessity to snack in between. I'm terribly pleased with this product and would definitely advocate. I purhased the slender mix and fat melter (I actually have plenty of vitamins already) and i am shocked at how straightforward it's. I love the convenience and that i am honestly not even needing the snacks it keeps me full all day! I actually have lost 6lbs the first week. I was consistently working out before and wasn't in a position to the current last week because of knee problems therefore it did it all on its own. I would also advocate the psyllium husks they extremely facilitate with digestion. Will update thus there are far more long term ones once I get through it. Definitely reordering. One word... WOW, just wow! I bought the Athletic greensloss Collection in vanilla. In five days I have lost 5lb! I haven't exercised although on my feet a heap with my 2 kids.. This is very simple to follow.. You always feel full and every one the recipes I actually have tried thus so much are beautiful. No complaints the least bit with this product.
