When someone asks me about diet and Weight Loss, I tell them what I do. I'm always thinking, 'When did I exercise last?' and 'When am I going to exercise again?'. I go about every two or three days on the average. Thirty to forty minutes of cycling, maybe ten or fifteen on the elliptical machine. Then, I go to the weight machines for about a half hour. To me the machines at the gym are like being at a playground. If feels like you're just playing and not working out. However, it is hard to go especially when you're tired (but don't go if you're too tired). Go the next day. I always say to myself, 'I'm not going to get fat in one day.'. Then I go the next day because one always must stay with it. The feeling you get after a workout is wonderful. You're all glowy and your circulation feels amazing.

And dinner? Biggest disappointment of all. Gone is the rapidly devoured feast in front of the TV. Second helpings of meat and potatoes with "just a little" more wine? Forget it. Evening fare is now a sliver of meat with a few green vegetables.
