PG-13 is a one-hour supernatural-horror thriller set in Toronto in 1994. Henry J. Strong, Ph. D, child psychologist, receives the Canadian Psychological Association Gold Medal Award for Distinguished Lifetime Contributions to Canadian Psychology.

A new Young Offenders Facility with the help of Dr. Strong is opened. The Boys Recovery Advocacy and Victory Establishment (B.R.A.V.E) will house boys who have been placed into custody and are waiting for a trial. Each boy must get a mandatory psych evaluation from Dr. Strong.
