Online Resource, The Astro Advocate, Makes a Case for Sustainable Life Beyond Earth

The space community suggests sharing the population burden with another planet or moon to save the planet.

Northwood, IA – 16, May 2022: In a recent press release, The Astro Advocate indicated Saturn’s moon, Enceladus, and Mars as possible contenders for life beyond Earth. The organization has been pushing for more space missions to the planet, if not the moon, which remains inaccessible even for space robots since 2017, when the Cassini mission plunged into Saturn’s surface after orbiting it for 13 years.

The agency made the suggestions in light of recent news hinting at alien life on Saturn’s moon and a NASA release dating back seven years confirming the presence of liquid water on the Red Planet.

“The fact that there’s water on Mars, and not just in frozen but liquid form, suggests that there might already be life over there,” said The Astro Advocate founder. “Sadly, our knowledge of the planet goes only as far as our knowledge of our oceans, that is to say, not much.

“On the other hand, thanks to the Cassini flybys, we know that Enceladus is 313 miles wide and contains water ice, dihydrogen, and organic compounds. One of these compounds is methane. Here on Earth, microbes emit this gas through methanogenesis. If we apply that logic to Enceladus, it won’t be too far out to assume that these microbes exist on its subsurface,” finished The Astro Advocate founder.

They also stated that while humans can’t survive this far away from the Sun, it was reassuring to see some signs of life in one of the harshest environments in space.

This isn’t the first time The Astro Advocate has advocated for space colonization. The organization strongly supports the idea of a space-based economy, denounces the anti-science movement, and has been educating the general public and governing entities about the importance of space exploration for the betterment of humankind.
