Study in Singapore and Australia with James Cook University's Inter-campus Mobility Program

James Cook University Singapore, the Singapore branch of the Australian university, offers the Inter-campus Mobility Program for students who wish to study abroad. It gives students the chance to experience new cultures.
 
[Singapore, 12/07/2017] – James Cook University Singapore, which is the Asian branch of the Australian university of the same name, offers the Inter-campus Mobility Program to all of their students. The program allows eligible students to go abroad and study at one of the other James Cook University campuses.

A Mobile Campus

The Inter-campus Mobility program gives James Cook students the opportunity to spend up to two semesters at one of the university’s Australian campuses. James Cook University has a campus in Cairns and Townsville.

It presents students a chance to experience a new culture while meeting their course requirements. Participants in the program will remain a Singapore-campus student, and may only stay for a maximum of two semesters. Students who choose to stay beyond two semesters will have to transfer to the Australian campus formally and pay fees in Australian currency.

Open to All JCU Students

The Inter-campus Mobility Program is available to all James Cook University students provided that they meet the requirements. The candidate must have completed at least 12 credit points and must be of good academic standing. They must have no debtor issues and prove their financial capacity.

Finally, the student must be able to qualify for an Australian Visa, which requires some proficiency in the English language.

Once approved, the student will cover the cost of the campus accommodation, in addition to the standard university tuition.

Applications Inter-campus Mobility Program is available on the James Cook University Singapore site. The deadline for Teaching Period 1 is the 31st of November and 31st of May for Teaching Period 2.
