All the babies right from one year of age including the ones that are breastfed, all the children aged between 1-5 years and all those people who do not get enough exposure to the Sun, should consider taking Vitamin D. The vitamin is essential for maintaining stronger bone and teeth. Those who have a regular exposure to sun can do away with this Vitamin.

When do you need Vitamins A, C and D?

Deficiency of Vitamin C leads to weaker immunity and a disease called scurvy. Though it is present in abundance in gooseberries, those who want to maintain a youthful skin and better immunity, take its supplements.

Vitamin A deficiency leads to night-blindness and it is one of the most essential Vitamins for a healthy skin and hair. If you want to redefine your health and want to have a fitter body having a good diet alone would not work, you should consider having Canadian supplements also.
