22–27 Christmas cracker paper from non-combat skilling (every 3 minutes)
25–30 Christmas cracker paper from killing monsters (every 3 minutes)
74–90 Christmas cracker paper from turning in a non-extended daily challenge, or 155–181 paper from turning in an extended one

Add cracker paper to Christmas cracker RS3

After obtaining the cracker paper, you can add at least 100 Christmas cracker paper to the Christmas cracker RS3 at the north-east of the Grand Exchange, which grants Construction experience. A maximum of 15,000 paper can be added to the cracker per cycle.
