Before starting the Agility Pyramid OSRS, waterskins are required to survive desert heat; additionally, you need to carry some food to replenish Hitpoints. You need to reach level 30 Agility to start the Agility Pyramid.
Where & how to start Agility Pyramid OSRS?

The Agility Pyramid is located in the dangerous Kharidian Desert, between the towns of Sophanem and Nardah. The fastest way to get there is to use the Jaleustrophos teleport of the Pharaoh’s sceptre.
Upon arriving at the Agility Pyramid, you need to head to the westernmost part of the area and climb down the agility wall. Speak to Simon Templeton near the Agility Pyramid, and then climb down another wall to start the course.

Strategies for OSRS Agility Pyramid training

1. It is easier to complete the course with higher Agility level. With level 70 Agility, it is impossible to fail any obstacles except the jump gaps; with level 75 Agility, it is impossible to fail the jump gaps.
2. The most efficient set of clothing for energy conservation is a full set of OSRS graceful clothing, as it can replenish your energy 30% faster than the normal rate. Additionally, with the graceful clothing the success on certain obstacles will be higher, due to its property of weightlessness.
3. The most efficient set of clothing for water conservation is a full set of OSRS desert robes. However, desert robes cannot restore energy.
4. It is recommended to have access to Sophanem or Humidify spell in order to quickly refill waterskins.
