Basics of The Nightmare of Ashihama OSRS

Revealed at RuneFest 2019, The Nightmare of Ashihama is an upcoming boss monster originating from the island of Ashihama in the Eastern Lands. It has been drawn to the Morytanian city of Slepe by the mysterious sleeper sickness.
Players can access The Nightmare OSRS by running south of Port Phasmatys or by paying 10,000 coins to Andras to take a boat. When the first player steps through the barrier, a timer will count down to the arrival of The Nightmare to allow more players to enter the encounter. Once The Nightmare spawns, no more players will be allowed to enter her arena until she despawns again, which she will do upon being defeated or when all challengers have left.

Rewards gained from The Nightmare of Ashihama

Here are the rewards planned for The Nightmare of Ashihama:
Inquisitor's Mace: an 1-handed crush weapon. It will be tradeable and requires 75 Attack to equip.
Staff of Nightmares: a magic weapon requiring 65 Magic to equip. It will autocast both standard and ancient spells.
Orbs: includes three different orbs from The Nightmare of Ashihama: Harmonised Orb (blue), Volatile Orb (orange) and Eldritch Orb (green).
Siren's Tome: a magical tome created by the sirens of Ashihama. It will be tradeable and require 75 Magic to equip.
Inquisitor's Armour: a new set of melee armour, focusing on crush accuracy and defence. The armour will consist of 3 pieces: the Inquisitor's Great Helm, the Inquisitor's Hauberk and the Inquisitor's Tassets. All three pieces require 70 Strength and 30 Defence to equip.
