Ham sabhee yah jaanate hain ki kidanee hamaare shareer ka ek bahut mahatvapoorn ang hai. kidanee hamaare shareer se haanikaarak cheejo ko baahar nikaalane ka kaam karatee hai. kidanee kidnaiy hamaare shareer mein ek philtar kee tarah kaam karatee hai. hamaare shareer ko sahee roop se chalaane ke lie kidanee ka bahut bada yogadaan hai.

hamaaree tvacha mein khujalee aur rookhaapan hona bhee kidanee kharaab hone ke sanket hai. is sthiti mein kidanee shareer se vishaile padaarth baahar nahin nikaal paatee hai. phir ye toksins khoon mein jama hone lagate hain, jisase tvacha mein khujalee, rookhaapan ke saath-saath durgandh aane lagatee hai.

jyaada peshaab aana bhee kidanee phel hone ka ek lakshan hai. kidanee kee samasya hone par vyakti ko ya to bahut kam ya bahut baar peshaab karane kee ichchha mahasoos hotee hai. roj subah eksarasaij ya vyaayaam karane se kidanee ke kharaab hone ya kidanee se judee hone vaalee beemaariyon ka khatara kam hota hai. isee ke saath roj vyaayaam karane ya roj phijikal ektivitee karane se blad preshar ke bigadane ka khatara kam rahata hai. jo log rojaana vyaayaam karate hain unaka blad preshar hamesha naarmal rahata hai. kidanee ko svasth rakhane ke lie vyaayaam bahut zarooree hai.

hamesha ghar ka bana hua khaana khaie aur baahar ka khaana khaane se bachen. aap apanee dait me jyaada se jyaada taaja phal aur haree sabjiyo ko shaamil karen. jyaada poteshiyam vaale khaane se bache.apanee dait mein aayaran se bharapoor bhojan ko jyaada shaamil karen.

kidanee ko svasth rakhane ke ghareloo upaay

hamaaree achchhee sehat ke lie udad, moong aur arahar kee daal se badhiya kuchh nahin hai. iname proteen, kailshiyam, potaishiyam aur aayaran jaise kaee poshak tatv bhee pae jaate hain. in daal ke sevan se kidanee kee patharee mein kaaphee aaraam milata hai.

naariyal paanee peene se bhee kidanee hamesha svasth rahatee hai, kyonki naariyal paanee mein kaee tarah ke vitaamin, phaibar aur minarals pae jaate hain. inake alaava yah kaarbohaidret, kailshiyam aur paanee ka bhee achchha srot hai. rojaana naariyal paanee peene se kaee svaasthy samasyaen door ho jaatee hain.
