We are ready to help these people but need your support. We have a 100% donation policy to ensure your money makes the biggest possible impact.

REFUGEE CAMP SETUP: DONATION APPEAL FOR REFUGEE CAMP SETUP
The donation appeal for the refugee camp setup has shed light on the urgent need for assistance in providing a safe haven for those displaced and seeking refuge. We have discussed the various challenges faced by refugees and the crucial role that well-equipped camps play in ensuring their basic needs are met.
Through generous contributions, we can make a significant impact on improving the living conditions in these camps, providing access to clean water, sanitation facilities, healthcare, and education. By supporting this cause, we have the power to restore hope and dignity to those who have lost everything.
Your donation, no matter how big or small, will go a long way in transforming the lives of these vulnerable individuals. Together, we can create a compassionate and welcoming environment that offers a chance for a better future.
Let us come together as a community and extend our support to the refugee camp setup. Together, we can make a difference and bring about positive change in the lives of those who have been forced to flee their homes.

WHAT DO REFUGEE CAMPS REALLY LOOK LIKE?
Their homes are destroyed and they have become displaced by the in-fighting of their own country. They need a safe space to protect themselves from the ongoing genocide and persecution. They are starving because of the recent drought and famine occurring in their hometown.
Refugees are needing a new home so they can once again experience the normalcy of peaceful sleep, reliable access to food and friendly interactions with their neighbors.
Refugee Camps across the Globe
As refugees flee their home to find a safe, new environment to live in, they often travel in large groups of people in search of the same. In addition to travelling alongside a large group, multiple groups often share the same destination. Because of the ongoing Syrian civil crises, Jordan is now home to one of the largest refugee camps called, “Zaatari,” which is home to almost 80,000 refugees inside of a 2 square mile area.
Another example of refugees fleeing to a common area is in the Kakuma Refugee Camp and Kalobeyei Settlement. These areas began in 1992 and have since grown to hosting an incredible number of refugees and asylum seekers. By June 2015, the number of residents these areas held was 183,000 individuals and it has continued to grow to an astonishing 191,500 refugees and asylum seekers.
These examples show the incredible numbers of refugees who have been forced to live in and create another home outside of their own, and, sadly, they are not extreme outliers when it comes to densely populated refugee camps. The 10 most populated refugee camps in the world have populations of more than 60,000 residents.
With these great amounts of refugees settling in new areas which are oftentimes already occupied by the city’s own residents, the chances of a severely negative economic effect are very high. Existing food and water sources, business opportunities, living spaces and so much more will be affected and, consequently, not provide the necessary amount of support needed to sustain the population.

Together, we can help restore hope and provide much-needed medical care to children and women, ensuring a brighter and healthier future for them. Let us stand united in our commitment to making a positive impact and supporting the most vulnerable in Syria.Since late 2021, DONATEMIND INTERNATIONAL has reached nearly 63,000 children and 18,000 mothers with screening for acute malnutrition and more than 250,000 children and women with medical checkups and treatment in Syria

TREATMENT TO SAVE MY LIFE FROM A RARE CANCER
My name is Charlie, I am a 27 year old female. Mother of two beautiful baby girl's Ellie age six and Paige age two. I lost my loving husband and father to my beautiful children to brain cancer on July 27th, 2020 at the age of 27. How my world was turned upside down within 3 months, never imagined I could feel so much pain and suffering. I tried to get my life back on track after grieving and trying to be strong for my babies, I thought YES! We are finally getting some normalcy back and trying to live a better life. Here comes September 15 2021, I was feeling pain on the right side of my abdomen, while pushing my childrens stroller. I ignored it for a day or so, but on the 17th I couldn't tolerate the pain anymore and went to the emergency room. Within a few hours I was in emergency surgery to have my inflamed appendix removed, the surgeon noticed alot of abnormalities and took a biopsy during the removal. I was then told the biopsy was sent to the lab and the doctor will schedule a follow up once the results are in. Follow up came on September 24th 2021, and I was officially diagnosed with High Grade Metastatic Appendiceal Adenocarcinoma a extremely rare cancer with an estimated incidence of 0.15-0.9 per 100,000 people.
The average age of onset is between 50 and 55 years, me being 25 at the time of diagnosis being a little extra rare. On November 1 ,2021 I started my first round of chemotherapy sessions (folfoxiri) around the 6th treatment, I developed a blockage due to the cancer, that has prevented me from eatting solid foods.
That prompted the doctors to insert a gastrostomy tube (g-tube) to help drain food and fluid from my stomach. After 12 excruciating sessions and going down from my normal weight of 100 pounds to a scary 61 pounds, fast forward to present day, chemotherapy has stop responding to my cancer and I am at a stage where I need to find a different solution so being written off by conventional healthcare, I have discovered holistic cancer treatment options.
I refuse to give up. I have been through hell and back in my life and thats ok, but my children have already lost one parent to cancer and I will not let this cancer take me from them. While I still have breath in my lungs, I am going to fight until this cancer goes into remission. My last stitch effort is the wonderful facility in Scottsdale, Arizona called Envita Medical Center who specializes in my type of cancer, and they have treatments that may save my life.
I am scheduled to start on October 27th,2022. The issue is cost, this facility doesn't take insurance and all treatments are out of pocket. My treatments will cost around $100,000 give or take, depending on how many treatments are needed (estimated to be more then 12). The money will help me fund the lab test cost, the treatment cost, and the funds to make the six hour move from California to Arizona until my treatments are complete.

A MOTHER’S RESILIENCE A JOURNEY FROM CRISIS-STRICKEN SYRIA TO LEBANON
World Refugee Day is a reminder of the millions of people displaced by conflict. Umm Oussama, a 44-year-old mother from Qalamoun, Syria, is just one such person. Her story embodies the resilience and strength many refugees are forced to find within themselves.
Umm Oussama’s life in Syria was filled with joy and laughter, but in 2014 it was brutally shattered by the escalating conflict. Devastating airstrikes destroyed her home and claimed the lives of her beloved husband and 3 precious children. The memory of that tragic day still haunts her, particularly the heart-wrenching loss of her 14-year-old son, Ali.
With her life in ruins, Umm Oussama joined the mass exodus of Syrians desperately seeking refuge. Enduring a difficult journey through dangerous mountainous terrain, she and her family eventually arrived in Aarsal, a village in Lebanon’s Bekaa region. It is here that they found a new home, a place of refuge away from their decimated homeland.
