Not that this subjectivity truly matters, since the only relevant issue is whether the property is at a reasonably clean state.

Many renters will employ professional cleaners whenever they vacate a home. This is surely not mandatory (unless consented to on your rental ), but it will makes life a bit simpler through the chaos of going out.
