We are pleased to offer a comprehensive Vein Center for the cure of venous insufficiency at PHVC. If necessary, we can conduct vein anatomy screening in the office. All of our diagnostics and surgeries, from Laser Vein Ablation to Sclerotherapy, are performed in our clinic.
Coumadin Clinic
Our Coumadin or anticoagulation center is a handy way to track and help individuals who are using blood thinners or anticoagulants. Our registered nurse will draw a sample of your blood by finger stick at your visit to determine your PT/INR status. The results will be discussed with you, and any necessary prescription changes with diet and medications will be provided.
Pacemaker and Defibrillator Center
A pacemaker is a tiny device that is implanted in the chest or stomach to assist manages irregular heartbeats. The heart is prompted to function at a normal level using electrical pulses. A pacemaker is used to assist rectify electrical abnormalities that can arise as a result of age or other physiological conditions.
A defibrillator is a tool that is placed in the body and may conduct cardioversion, defibrillation, and cardiac pacing. This equipment is routinely used to treat life-threatening arrhythmias in the heart. Our Pacemaker and Defibrillator Clinic assures your equipment is tested regularly to make sure it's working properly.
