Kingston, Jamaica, June 13, 2015 -- Global Accountancy College, a Global Tuition Provider for Professional Accountancy Qualifications including: ACCA, FIA, CAT, CPA, CIMA and CFA today announce the opening of its technology enriched Campus located at 14 Dominica Drive, New Kingston Jamaica.

“We cannot fulfill our obligation to prepare accountancy students for a successful professional life in the New Knowledge Age(NKA), when nearly all jobs require technological competence, unless we provide them with technology-enriched learning. We will be using a wide range of learning technologies to enhance the educational experience, inspire innovative teaching, and foster student success using our Global Blended Learning Systems (GBLS). Starting June 2015 we will introduce Global Learning Hubs and Global Lecture Hubs at our Technology Enriched Campus in the heart of New Kingston, Jamaica. All our face to face students will experience learning in an environment enriched by technology via Global Learning Hubs.” According to Dr Glen Brown, the President & CEO of Global Accountancy College (GAC).

This location will also serve as the International Office for Global Accountancy College. The College has recently expanded to Expands to Ghana, Pakistan, Mauritius, China, Malaysia, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Zambia, Kenya and Tanzania with its Global Virtual Campuses (GVC).

“Our new classes for ACCA and CPA will begin July 18, 2015. We have added some new features to all our courses. This includes but not limited to the following:

• Global Personalized Adaptive Learning System(GPALS)
• Global ACCA Study Map(GASM)

Global One-by-One

This feature allow you to study and sit Examination for one (1) subject every three(3) months.

Global Personalized Adaptive Learning System(GPALS)

Global Personalized Adaptive Learning Systems (GPALS) will adjust the learning content and lectures based on the needs of the students and their specific learning style. The aim of GPALS is to further refine our teaching methodology to meet the learning needs of both individuals and the student body as a whole.

GPALS will address common learning challenges in professional examinations, including student motivation, diverse student backgrounds, and resource limitations. We will target our lectures to the abilities and learning material needs of individual students so as to reduce the drop-out rates, improve student outcomes and improved the speed of those outcomes. It will also enable the college to dedicate its resources and attention where it is most needed.

At Global Accountancy College (GAC), we no longer believe in the basic traditional one-size-fits-all instructional model. GPALS is designed to meet each student where they are in terms of learning strengths and then guide them towards completing their examinations successfully.

We will be using both our Global Blended Learning Systems(GBLS) and the Global Personalized Adaptive Learning Systems(GPALS) within our New Technology Enriched Campus in the heart of New Kingston, Jamaica.

We will create a personalized Study Map for all our students. This will show a planner with start dates and completion time for each subject in your course.
