● Instead of regular cleaners or steam machines, D’Sapone applies Imperia Deep Clean - a deep penetra ng cleaner to perform le and grout cleaning . Unlike other products, it soaks deep into the surface while li ing stains and mold at the root without causing any damage.

● They color seal grout with Caponi - a two part pigmented tanium solvent based sealer, penetra ng deep into grout while waterproofing the surface. Available in over 40 color op ons, Caponi will not get damaged by harsh chemicals and can be used for both sanded and unsanded grout.

● They replaced caulking or re-caulking with caulk replacement using Sentura - a two part pigmented flexible solvent based epoxy/resin, designed with a 1200psi adhesion, which will never peel. All caulks tend to peel or crack while delivering a bulky appearance to the corners with its thick lines. However, Sentura waterproofs the surface with its slick and beau ful lines.

● They eliminated regrou ng from their dic onary as they believe this process is for a handyman. They restore cracked and damaged grout with Sentura and Caponi. D’Sapone’s ar sts use the same products to perform tile repair instead of replacing.
