(6) Electrical performance Under the conditions of high temperature, high humidity and high frequency, it shows excellent electrical performance. (7) Friction and wear characteristics By filling carbon fiber, fluororesin and other lubricants, friction and wear characteristics can be greatly improved. Molding process 3.1 Overview of molding process PPS used for engineering plastics is generally added with glass fiber or inorganic fillers. Therefore, screw injection molding machines are mostly used for processing. But choose the screw and barrel specially designed for glass fiber reinforced engineering plastics. Open nozzles can be used as nozzles, but closed nozzles are recommended to prevent nozzle casting. The heating ring of the nozzle must be individually controlled.
