Nuflow Technologies 2000 Pty Ltd (Nuflow) is a Gold Coast maintained and functioned company. We are Australia’s top pipe repair and unclogging authorities. Our aim is to be the leading-edge and the leader in the non-invasive pipe restoration industry. Nuflow based in Australia was established in 2004 by Gold Coast based businessman and plumber Ed Ahern. While the original technology is Canadian, Nuflow has spent ten years of Research and Development in the regions of product range, services and capabilities. This has led to the liners now having the capacity to handle AVGAS, JET FUEL, HIGH Temperatures, 100% Sulphuric Acid and Potable Water with AS 4020 approval. We have also introduced Redline and blue line technology in the Australian market.

Nuflow builds, licenses, and fixes our own non-invasive pipe restoration products that have been developed with over ten years of study and improvement. Pipe rehabilitation is a non-invasive technique that uses epoxy to coat or form a structurally stable pipe inside host pipes, without damage to inside or outside surfaces of structures or landscapes.

Since 2004, Nuflow has expanded from two full time employees and nine franchisees in Australia to sixteen full time employees and close to forty franchisees across Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, India, Singapore and Hong Kong.

We engage various engineers to carry out design work of the exceptional tools of our niche trade. Many of these are being used for a long period of time. In addition, we work with our polymer engineer to frequently improve and develop new resins.

This gives us a competitive edge against our rivals. Nuflow is the only company in Australia that can restore junctions in one whole process.

We take our concepts to engineers and tool manufacturers to find out the best methods and components to carry on. Once we are satisfied, we arrange for numerous different samples which are thoroughly verified both in the factory and in the field. After making the essential changes, we again test the product, before finally presenting it to our customers. We learn from our customers what they need and look for ways and means of doing things that our opponents cannot.
