Chelsea-based Medical Director, Dr David O’Connell, has launched a new-look website this month.

Having qualified in medicine over 40 years ago, the website highlights Dr O’Connell’s extensive output and achievements as much as his contemporary objectives, such as his published book ‘Jetlag: How to beat it’ (available on amazon.co.uk) and his focus on the gut microbiome.

Coined ‘the new organ’, understanding the importance of gut microbiome and its relationship to good health as a means of non-drug treatment for illnesses is seen as a big part of the future of medicine.

Dr O’Connell is a vested proponent of this, with his current interest being the manipulating of gut microbiome as the cornerstone of future good health.

Combined with his additional interests such as Men’s Health and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome,
Dr O’Connell has been described as a practitioner who can “diagnose the seemingly undiagnosable”.

Dr O’Connell’s runs two practices: The Chelsea Green Practice and The Chelsea Men’s Clinic.
