What is white-collar boxing and how can you become a part of this global movement? White-collar boxing can best be defined as a form of boxing in which white-collar professionals, both men, and women alike, train to fight at special fundraising events on behalf of a pre-specified charity. No experience is necessary and fighters do receive some basic boxing training from expert boxers upon signing up.

How can you become a part of this fun and exciting new sport? White-collar boxing originated in the USA, but it has become increasingly popular here in the UK and Boxstar has been managing white-collar boxing events for over two years. You can become a white-collar boxing ambassador by signing up at the Boxstar website.

What To Expect?

When you sign up to become a white-collar boxing ambassador, you will receive 8 weeks of FREE training at Black Princes Trust, Vauxhall, plus a 1-on-1 session prior to the initial ambassador registration meeting. You will get in the best shape of your life both physically and mentally and learn some valuable new skills while you’re at it.

Upon completion of your training, you will be fairly matched, based on your weight, fitness level, and ability, with an opponent from the group that you have just trained with. All matches consist of three rounds each lasting two minutes with one-minute intervals and are fairly judged by industry professionals and safety is a number one priority.
