Players: what about a production package for growth teams

It will take them 5 months to have put an upgrade that provides participant history to their stats screen. Let us just say for a minute the actual devs in EA are not bad, but the ups and executives are. How small resources must they have, or ungodly broken is your code that it takes this long? It makes you believe. That is what disturbs me. If this takes them FIVE months to bring the smallest of attributes, absolutely no opportunity Madden 22 is gont possess anything big of an upgrade to franchise . It is gonna take them 5 years to have an authentic big change into franchise. Eh, they constructed Yard in a year. I think they can at least re-build franchise then add on in enormous doses during the subsequent 3 years.

I believe that the base of Madden is basically broken. They have had to begin from scratch the previous 2 console generation lumps (PS2/XB->PS3/360->PS4/X1) since the hardware structure changed dramatically each time and they just haven't managed to catch up since the yearly release cycle means that they clearly do not have the time to exercise the underlying issues. Also I'm not holding out any hope for another gen. PS5/Series X are just more powerful versions of the PS4 Pro and 1X, they have got the exact same CPU architecture so it'll be the exact same busted game but with maybe some better visuals. I appear to remember reading an article or two on how the Frostbite motor has caused some huge issues for both FIFA and Madden (I believe FIFA is using it too?) , especially when it has to do with physics. Long story short, my comprehension is Frostbite is very good for FPS (which is exactly what it was intended for) but has been only terrible for athletics or anything besides FPS.

But EA, in their infinite wisdom, wanted all their studios using the exact same engine. On the one hand, I get it, it does help streamline development and can save costs in the long run. BUT, it seems that the higher-ups (shocker) focused on the"cost saving" part of it without actually knowing or caring about the development aspect. I wonder whether the issue is truly the engine, or the legacy code that's been ported across multiple motors. A sports game built on Frostbite from the start would have to be better. Here's an article that talks about overall issues with Frostbite from assorted EA studios who are not doing FPS, seems like a lot (obviously) got lost in translation from Ignite motor to Frostbite to your sport games using itand while visuals enhanced, physics got considerably worse.

Players: what about a production package for growth teams or just like a news around up like you see at NCAA dynasty? Truly and utterly pathetic. Months and weeks to get something set in and we get 3 measly small things that should've already been in the sport. These motherfuckers will need to get rid of the exclusivity license and there has to be competition. I would not have the whole capability to make NFL games away as that would make another monopoly for 2K. They both need to fight to create good fucking games. Madden 21 is past saving. Theres no way that they could salvage this game as any essential franchise overhauls aren't going to be addable in the middle of the cycle.
