Made with our malted grains, we begin the process of malt extract by crushing and mashing the grains, and then filtering the result to collect ‘wort.’ The wort produced is then concentrated via evaporation and pasteurized, to finally produce liquid malt extract.

LME normally has a shelf life of 2 years if kept in a cool, dark and dry environment. Color becomes much darker over long periods of time.

Dry Malt Extract (DME)

Liquid malt extracts manufactured from a range of wholesome grains such as millet, wheat, ragi, barley and malted barley, then undergoes the vacuum drying process to make Dry Malt Extract As per our client requirements,
