Fleming Gulf announces a one of its kind conference for HR managers in Mining in Kazakhstan.

HR leaders, consultants and software solution providers will gather for the Central Asia HR MINEX Forum on 24-25 June 2015 in Kazakhstan.
 
According to recent findings, only 1% out of 900 mining professionals believed that the mining sector is well prepared for a shortage of leadership talent in the future. HR challenges in the mining industry has always been on rise along with workforce management, human resource expansion, imported salaries and a lot more.

Fleming Gulf is organising the Central Asia HR MINEX Forum designed exclusively to address critical human resource management issues across Central Asian mining industry. Along with technology, human resource is a major driving force in sustaining mining expansion. The focus of this summit is to comprehend those factors behind this strategic expansion. The conference will take into account all the concerns related to manpower planning, performance management, recruitment and retention strategies.
