The following Documents are significantly necessary to register before Marriage Registrar in involved Court:-

Passport Size Images- four every of Marrying Persons.
Residential Proof of Marrying Persons.
Date of Birth Proof of Marrying Persons.
If any party is widow/ widowman Death Certificate of the Dead Relative.
If any party could be a Foreign national or holding a remote Passport or has foreign residential address- Certificate of present legal status of the party/ No Impediment Certificate/ intelligence agent from involved Embassy and Valid VISA.
Two Witnesses with address and pic ID Proof.
