The Liberate Grace website is currently focused on the story of a young woman who received a sterilization procedure from doctors within the Irish public health system without her consent.

Grace, a young woman from Ireland, underwent an involuntary sterilization operation while under the influence of anaesthesia, which was administered by the Irish National Health System. After reporting the violation, Grace was relocated to an institution where her fundamental rights were severely restricted.

Currently, she is unable to socialise with her friends or her long-term partner. The principal aim of "Liberate Grace" is to reveal and legally challenge the negligence and physical abuse suffered by Grace from the hospital staff within the Irish National Health System (HSE).

The objectives are to pursue justice for Grace and hold the HSE accountable for their actions.
The purpose of the “Liberate Grace” website is to raise awareness and promote the protection of Grace's fundamental rights, which have been mandated by the European Union, among civil society and political entities throughout Europe.

The website's primary goal is to eliminate all types of discrimination experienced by Grace, thus allowing her to access the rights and freedoms that are enshrined in the European Convention on Human Rights. This convention was integrated into Irish legislation with the passage of the "European Convention on Human Rights Act 2003".

To prevent further physical and psychological mistreatment, "Liberate Grace" aims to hold responsible any persons found to be in breach of the European Convention on Human Rights. Bringing cases before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg and the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg would be necessary for breaches of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union.
