Lakshya institute has created history as its three students have made it to the top ranks of the most difficult engineering examination, IIT-JEE advanced. Sarvesh Mehtani has secured the first rank with 339 marks out of 366 while Ashish Waikar and Manthan Jindal have secured 7th and 32nd ranks respectively in the exam.

Sarvesh, a Haryana boy, has made the institute proud. He is a student of great intelligence and at the same time very dedicated in his studies. He did not miss a single class. Rather he would sit there for long hours at a stretch. Sometimes he used to sit in the lectures right from 5:30 in the morning till 12 at night along with other fellow students. He would ask doubts from his mentors till they weren’t cleared. He received the support of his friend and mentors fully. He studied daily for eight hours. His aim had been to pursue engineering from one of the top engineering colleges in the country and now he wants to go to IIT Bombay to pursue engineering in Computer Science. He used to watch cartoons, listen to music and play Badminton in order to battle stress and keep himself calm and composed.

The same goes down with two other students, Manthan and Ashish. Both of them did not miss a single class and attended each and every doubt session. They worked hard which showed in their results. Ashish also wants to go to IIT Bombay and pursue Computer Science Engineering.
