Eher unglaubwürdig klingt hingegen eine weitere Meldung der Zeitschrift, wonach neue MacBook-Air Modelle mit 11- und 13-Zoll Bildschirm bereits im kommenden Monat in Produktion gehen sollen. Eine mögliche Option wären hier lediglich neue MacBook Air-Modelle mit eine Retina-Bildschirm, auf den viele Nutzer bereits lange Zeit insgeheim hoffen.Im Gehäuse des MSI GT72 Dominator Pro arbeitet eine pfeilschnelle Intel Core i7-4710HQ-CPU. Der Prozessor aus der aktuellen Haswell-Generation verfügt über vier Rechenkerne, die mit einer Taktfrequenz von 2,5 GHz angetrieben werden. Die Rechenkerne werden per HyperThreading virtuell verdoppelt, so dass die Zentraleinheit bis zu acht Prozesse gleichzeitig abarbeiten kann. Außerdem fängt der Turbo Boost 2.0-Modus steigende Anforderungen an die Rechenleistung mit einer Hochtaktung auf bis zu 3,5 GHz souverän ab. Werksseitig stehen der CPU 16 GB Arbeitsspeicher zur Seite. Die vier verfügbaren Speicherbänke lassen aber eine Aufrüstung auf bis zu 32 GB zu.
