Als kompakte, aber für Gaming taugliche Notebook-Maus zeigt uns Razer die neue Orochi. Sie setzt auf einen 4G Laser-Sensor mit 8.200 DPI und eine bis zu 1.000 Hz schnelle Abfragerate (ohne Kabel 125 Hz). Angetrieben wird die Orochi von zwei normalen AA-Batterien, die eine Laufzeit von bis zu 7 Monaten bieten sollen. Ein beidhändiger Formfaktor, die Razer Synapse-Fähigkeit und sieben Maustasten finden sich weiterhin im Datenblatt der 110 Gramm schweren Notebook-Maus. Die Verbindung zum PC kann wahlweise mit dem mitgelieferten Kabel oder kabellos per Bluetooth 4.0 aufgebaut werden. Aufgrund der Akkulaufzeit hat sich Razer für eine dezente Chroma-Beleuchtung einzig und allein am Mausrad entschieden. Kostenpunkt: 84,99 Euro ab Oktober.

Das Kraken Headset wird in der Mobile-Version kompakter und leichter. Für satte 109,99 Euro erhaltet ihr die neuen Kopfhörer in sechs verschiedenen Neon-Farben. Im Inneren werkeln 40mm Treiber für eine laut Razer kraftvolle Audio-Wiedergabe. Das Mikrofon befindet sich im Kabel des Kraken Mobile und die Fernbedienung bietet die Steuerung unter Google Android (optionales Kabel) und Apple iOS. Das 12-Zoll Tablet löst mit 2.160 x 1.440 Pixel sehr hoch auf, wird von einem Intel Core m Prozessor bis Core m7 der ebenfalls gestern gelaunchten Skylake Generation angetrieben und sortiert sich mit einer 256 GB SSD eher neben dem Surface Pro 3 als neben dem Surface 3 ein. Zum Paket gehört wie bei den Windows 10 Tablets von Microsoft auch ein Stylus.

Die Interaktion mit Android Wear Smartwatches wirkt da ein bisschen altbacken und behäbig. Apples Rädchen bietet keinen solchen Komfort und ist ohne angehängtes iPhone im Gegensatz zur Gear S2 in der 3G Variante ziemlich aufgeschmissen. "Wer schon mal ein Android-Smartphone bedient hat, weiß, wie wichtig die Zurück-Taste ist", treffen die Samsung Manager einen Nerv sicher nicht nur bei uns. Finden wir uns trotz schlüssiger Navigation einmal im falschen Detailmenu, gelangen wir mit der oberen der beiden seitlichen Tasten direkt wieder in die vorangegangene Ansicht.Das runde OLED-LED Display von Gear S2 Classic mit Lederarmand unddersportlichen Variante Gear S2 mit Gummiarmband wirkt kräftig und hell. Mit 360x360 Pixel erreicht die Uhr eine sehr scharfe Darstellung, auch bei feinen Zeigern und Ziffern. Das Scrollen durch die Infos und Apps auf der Uhr geht immer flüssig vonstatten, die 1 GHz Dualcore CPU lässt keine Ruckler und Gedenksekunden zu.
