Senseis have developed a technique of mixing traditional Japanese and Okinawan practices with contemporary ideas, innovations and methods of training. This is the reason why our team is highly competitive and our students deliver desired results. All beginner students start learning basics of karate [Kihon] and physical conditioning and as they gradually advance we add elements of sparring [Kata] and forms [Kumite].

Even though karate considered an individual sport, we have always emphasized the strength and support of the team - without the team we wouldn’t be successful. We train as a team all together, we are one big karate family.

Okinawa Dojo Senseis are USA National Karate Federation certified coaches and referees, they have over 50 years of experience in karate training and teaching. In addition to this Sensei Alex Padalka and Sensei Vitaly Padalka are both nationally and internationally recognized and hold titles of USKO European and FSKA World Champions.
