ALRIGHT, we are going to keep this thread as the Go-To Megathread for ALL CURRENT PROBLEMS the game is experiencing as the poor search bar is being ignored.

Current problems:
1- FIFA Points issue. You buy them, you don't get them. This has been happening for days. We know there's a problem so yes, more people are experiencing it. Unfortunately nothing you can do on your own to fix it besides, closing and re-opening the game or restarting your console/pc to see if that gets them back. Some people are seeing them after doing this, other people are seeing them hours after buying them. Contact EA chat or Xbox Support if it's been a while. Check your bank account and see if money was deducted, if it was, then give it some time for the points to appear, DO NOT TRY TO BUY again or else you will be charged again.

2- MY PACKS WHERE ARE MY PRE-ORDER PACKS WHERE ARE MY PACKS WHERE ARE MY PACKS?!?!??! Packs come out on Sunday, you will get 1 or 2 packs a week depending on what version you pre-ordered or from which store you pre-ordered. You WON'T get all the packs as soon as you redeem your codes.

3- DAE Disconnecting after matches?!?!?!? Yes, we are all experiencing this, it happens every year during launch week. Nothing you can do about it. The EA servers are working with thousands and thousands of connections and we all know what that means.

4- My coin boosts/catalogue items are not showing!!!! Yes, a lot of us are experiencing this as well due to the same reason, the servers. The catalogue was offline last night for couple of hours. Our suggestion is to not buy a lot of them at the same time. Buy one and wait until you get it, that way, you hopefully won't waste your redeemed items.

5- My web app (insert your problem here) There are a lot of people experiencing problems with the web app with stuck items, errors loading, not being able to use it because there's no found data or enough games played etc. The official EA FIFA Forums have this megathread with all the common issues people are experiencing.

It looks like you need to play 15 games in FIFA 16 to unlock it

6- INVALID CLUB NAME?!?!?!? Yes, there was a change in the restrictions for club names. EA stated that if you experience this, you should try a different name even though you are not typing anything offensive, just please try another name.

7- Can't pass the ball anymore anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is not a problem, the game has changed. You are not playing FIFA 15 anymore. You now need to aim to the player you want to pass the ball to, just like in real life. The community has created a lot of guides during the past 48 hours on how to pass in FIFA 16. The search bar is your friend! You are not alone!
8- When to sell players/When's the next market crash/When are special packs coming??

9- I have a particular problem with my account related to the videogame Even though the /r/FIFA community is very helpful, remember that a lot of problems will need to be addressed directly with EA as they can manage our accounts. If you can't solve your problem by restarting the game or your console, it will be very hard for anyone in here to help you out somehow besides giving you these mentioned solutions.
