It can send tickets via WhatsApp and can even be used for arranging car washes. The system can be deployed in a matter of days at multiple locations with tariff flexibility and an advanced call-in feature. Additionally, it offers an API ready any kind of integration.

Mawaqif Qatar was also proud to be part of the Hayya App QR code integration at Abu Samra Border parking during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. All international visitors holding a Match Day Pass were able to book parking through the Hayya App and enter or exit the car park by scanning the Hayya QR code at the barrier. More than 9,000 transactions were processed.

During this year, parking operations will be upgraded with the latest digital technology, allowing parkers to enter the car park without a ticket and pay fees using their license plate number. Payment can be made through online channels, including phone or touchless screens.
