You have two paths to access to the Darkmoon Faire. One is Mystic Mages port you to the Faire old locations, Goldshire or Mulgore for 30 Darkmoon Prize Tickets, and passing through the portal, you will find the Faire. Another is to ride to the portal areas by yourself, but you must spend an additional 5 to get Darkmoon Adventurer's Guide.

Darkmoon Faire Quests

There are Darkmoon Faire dailies for mini-games and monthly quests for profession-related tasks that grant skillups, turning in books looted from bosses or battleground corpses, and turning in 250 ears to Kerri Hicks. Note that completing quests is the only way to acquire Darkmoon Prize Ticket and you can get 155 per month.

Specifically, there are three kinds of quests for Darkmoon Faire tickets. First is Darkmoon Despoiler achievement. To complete it, you should turn loot nine books by keeping Darkmoon Adventurer's Guide in your inventory for 80 prize tickets.

Second is Faire Favors. You have six profession quests per month to complete: two for primary professions, and four for secondary professions. Completing six profession-based quests, you will be rewarded Faire Favors. If you complete all six quests, you will get 20 tickets.

The last is mini games. Here, you can get total 45 Darkmoon prize tickets, 35 for five daily mini-games and 10 for a weekly collection quests.
