Is group finder in the Elder Scroll Online just being "deficient" or not working because "nobody uses it"? It doesn't work so no one uses it, or less-use makes it doesn't work? Why players don’t use the Group Finder tool in ESO?

Players say dungeon group finder is wasted because people just don't use it frequently enough, but I think it's because it doesn't give you enough options. For example, it doesn’t allow one to queue for more than 1 dungeon without selecting ALL. What if you only wanted to run the 3 dungeons you just unlocked? Besides, you can't choose a dungeon that below your VR. If you're VR14 and willing to help people below your VR at an easier level, it won't match you with them. It makes lots of VR14 people that don't need gear/exp but just want to run the dungeon for fun or undaunted exp become impossible. Furthermore, it requires much time to queue for a whole group. But the most important one should be it doesn't work cross faction. You can't queue up with people from the other factions basically cutting the pool of people by 2/3 (give or take).

What can do to fix group finder to be worth of using?

Generally, based on the deficiencies above, it should work in 10 minutes or less to find a group, give more feedback to the player as to what it's doing, stop being buried in the party menu, and be incorporated more seamlessly into the quest stage, etc.

More than one told that it is difficult to find a certain role in queue. For example, the newest content made playing a tank much more undesirable, and some players told that they spent 45 minutes or more on PS4 shouting for a tank to play a vet 3 daily with ps4 eso gold.
