The Ferro Alloys Division of M/s Bansal Brothers is fully equipped to manufacture 3600 MT of Ferro Titanium every year. The facility is spread over 3 acres with about 20,000 Square feet dedicated to manufacturing, sizing & packing ferro titanium.

We have a special raw material yard of 10,000 square meters for unloading, sorting & storing the myriad grades of Titanium scrap. The sorting of Titanium raw material is a very crucial operation as it is one of the first steps in customizing the chemical elements in the finished Ferro Titanium alloy.

Further, we have two induction furnaces, three crucibles, two overhead cranes, ladles/ tundish& a cooling tower. We have a dedicated crushing department,which is well equipped with different crusher & sorting machines like Jaw Crusher, Roll Crusher and Automated Sieving Machine.

We have a dedicated laboratory for rigorous raw material testing based on which the raw material is properly sorted and segregated before the melt. We also conduct standard & in house mandated tests on the finished goods for quality control before dispatch. We have a process of continuous testing on a batch-wise basis.
