We are happy to share the official release of Faveo 9.4.1, packed with powerful new features and enhancements to boost productivity, security, and IT asset management. This release introduces Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) with Agent Software and Patch Management, enabling seamless monitoring, maintenance, and updates across your IT infrastructure.

UI improvements make navigation more intuitive, including an updated task calendar view, redesigned labels and tags selection, and enhanced redaction interface. Admins can now bulk deactivate users, manage tasks more efficiently, and enjoy strengthened 2FA security during password updates and enhanced CC Options in Ticket Forms.

We’ve also launched the Productivity Suite Plugin, a premium add-on offering project management, drag-and-drop task boards, and category-based project grouping for better workflow management.

This release also includes multiple bug fixes and improvements for a smoother experience across the board.
