Holidaymakers who stayed at the resort have instructed Lancashire-based law firm, Farnworth Rose Solicitors to proceed with a claim for holiday illness compensation having suffered illness due to what appears to be the hotels poor food and hygiene standards.
The holidaymakers complained: “Some of the food was left out uncovered and new supplies of food were placed on top of food already out there. Birds and insects could also be seen around the food. If you visited the lunch buffet at the end of the sitting, the food was only ever lukewarm and never hot.”
Some holidaymakers are still suffering from vomiting and diarrhoea on their return home to the UK.
