Invast Securities: record revenue uptick

Invast Securities has recently posted its financial results for the three months 2019. The company, provides online forex and ETF trading services. However, the firm managed to report an uptick in revenues, but a net loss for the period.
 
Invast Securities has recently posted its financial results for the three months 2019. The company, provides online forex and ETF trading services. However, the firm managed to report an uptick in revenues, but a net loss for the period.

The broker’s fiscal year ends on March 31, 2020. Thus, the three months to September 30, 2019, is the second quarter of the retail broker’s fiscal year. During the second quarter, operating revenues for Invast Securities came in USD11.02 million. The previous year, operating revenues also rose by 5.7 percent in the second quarter.
Unfortunate loss prediction: Invast reports net fall for Q2

The broker did manage to record an uptick in revenues during the period. Sadly, during the second quarter of the firm’s 2020 fiscal year, the company reported a net loss. Revenues generated from trading loss and profit for over-the-counter trading and foreign exchange were 859 million yuan. This figure is stronger on both a quarterly and yearly comparison. As it showed a decent rise of 1.9 per cent and 0.6 per cent.
Invest Securities new exciting project: Chatbot Service

The broker has recently announced that it has been working on a new project, which would satisfy their customers’ needs. This Friday, Invast Securities made a statement about its new Chatbot Service that will be available on the company’s website.

The chatbot will be able to answer customer questions 24/7, any time of the day. Besides, customers can use the new feature via mobile devices.

The broker continues to work hard on improving their services. Right now, it is working on expanding the scope of questions and renovating the displayed options so that they can be used easily by customers.
